The first few weeks of Master40 marked a stimulating start for students as they embarked on an educational journey that leaves nothing to chance. The main goal of this introductory period has been to lay a solid foundation so that each student can align himself or herself with the skills needed to deal with more advanced dynamics later.
A balanced approach between theory and practice
One of the distinctive aspects is in the approach. Each day is divided into two key moments: theory and practice. During the morning, students receive essential theoretical preparation. They are guided through the technical basics of the software, but also through broader concepts involving the creative process, project management, and problem solving. The goal of this part of the program is not only to teach how to use the programs, but also to provide an overview of how these tools can be applied.
In the afternoon, students immediately put themselves to the test. After acquiring theoretical knowledge, it is time to put what they have learned into practice, creating and implementing real projects. This hands-on approach allows skills to be consolidated, encouraging students to experiment, make mistakes and, most importantly, learn.
The importance of Feedback
On Friday, after an intense week of theory and practice, comes the time for the final delivery. Each student presents the project he or she worked on during the week, receiving feedback afterwards. This time of comparison is important to be able to refine their techniques and progressively improve.
