Class X - Cynar

This is it: training is officially over-or almost.
Yes, because we made a switch on the fly! For Master 39, Class X, or Bloodbath is week 14.
This means that next week everyone but the Concept Art guys will face the last module! But no spoilers-at least for a few days!

Class X means:
-5 days to develop a REAL project for a REAL client
-a brief
-reviews with a client
-a client
-No Mentors to help you
-Creating a team on your own that works
-lots of ideas
-lots of brainstorming hours
-some bickering among the team
I could go on for hours!

This year all the masters are working for the same client: Cynar!
Yes, just the artichoke-based liqueur, perfect for an aperitif a little different from the usual.
If you don't know it, try it, because it's really good!

Although we can't reveal too much about the projects, we can tell you that last Friday was the official unveiling of the X-Class.

The weather? A mix of panic and enthusiasm: there were those who were brainstorming in the garden (despite the cold weather) and those who were locked in the classroom despairing and screaming for solutions to problems.
As always, someone stepped up to take charge and become the leader of the group: a key figure in keeping the work "always on track," acting as a liaison with the client, presenting the team's progress with a smile (even when reviews are difficult), and keeping morale high when the requests for changes seem never-ending.
Come on, let's face it the classX a real trial by fire: a time of extreme psychological tension and intense teamwork.

This is the time when you need to show that you are ready to complete a project, address and solve problems, and deliver on time.
Whatever the cost.

Oh yes!
We also went to watch the Venezia soccer game in the rain while enjoying a good Cynar with company and lots of laughter!Â
